On the invitation of the Ministry of Education, Govt. of India, Fifty Students, ten Teachers and ten parents of St Martin’s Diocesan School, Delhi Cantt registered for the Exhibition at Pragati Maidan on 30.07.23 and joined the celebrations of the third anniversary of National Education Policy 2020, inaugurated by Prime Minister Narendra Modi the previous day. The Exhibition was an educational event par excellence aimed at disseminating information about the key provisions and objectives of the Policy. The exhibition showcased the best practices adopted for implementation of the policy by school, higher and skill education sectors, kindling the interests and gaining wide appreciation from one and all who visited the event. The centre of attraction was the Stall on Atal Thinking Lab. We could see the emphasis on promoting education in mother tongue in the field of Technology and Medical education, and the emphasis on integration of cultural and art work for the enhancement of critical and analytical thinking among the students. It was a day well spent as the team came back gaining insights into higher education in India and abroad. The innovative projects showcased the entrepreneur skills of the young minds and fostered and encouraged the visitors to original thinking, laying the foundation for effective implementation of the policy's objectives in the days to come.
