Not only is there a pitiful shortage of hay due to the drought (I estimate it at 25% of large round bales and 40% of small square bales compared to last year), but the technology has decided not to make it easier for me. My faithful helper, the Heuknecht H7 rake, decided to go on strike at the least opportune moment.
