Jeep Liberty Engine Teardown Diesel

Did you know that the Jeep Liberty came from the factory in the US with a diesel engine? Sure was! They were supplied in 2005-2006 with a VM Motori Common Rail Diesel (known as the CRD) motor. These are awesome little motors. We had a 2006 Jeep Liberty CRD come in with a bad motor. Luckily it also came with another motor pulled from the junkyard. So the plan is to rebuild the one from the junkyard, then swap it in the Jeep. Check it out as we disassemble the junkyard motor and get it ready for some much needed maintenance and upgrades!
