With a knack for theatrics and a love for the show, it's no surprise that KISS guitarist Tommy Thayer's first Gibson was a Les Paul Goldtop. Growing up idolizing the greats that played late-50s Sunburst Les Pauls such as Ronnie Montrose, Tommy knew a Gibson Les Paul was what he wanted.
