Back to the Fak! Hiking at the Fakahatchee Strand Preserve State Park, again.
Collier County, FL Spent some more time in the swamp recently; captured a few more rare critters on film. I was very excited to get black bear footage and never dreamed I would get these images of an everglades mink. I also saw black racers, water moccasins, alligators, as well as swallow tail kites, barred owls, red shouldered hawks, little blue herons, and white ibis. Then there were all the curious white tailed deer, both doe and buck, that I crossed paths with. Oh, and a marsh rabbit before walking through some water, trying not to step on minnows, tadpoles, and crayfish. I used different filming techniques with a few different cameras to get lots of different viewpoints while on trail. Location = Copeland, FL Cameras = Insta360 One X 360 camera in Venture case, OurLife 4k action camera, and Panasonic FZ300 zoom camera Software = Resolve
