KEY MODS: Zombie Walkers - Ghouls are slow and spawn loads True Damage - Damage based on bullet, not gun Scourge - Health does not increase on level up, no scaling for it Player Undeath - On death, loose caps, drop gear and respawn random/settlement Fallsouls - the game does not pause at all Damn Apocalypse - Loot is location dependent and rarer.
