Subscribe http://bit.ly/inaculture April 10, 1987 A guest on the show "Apostrophes," investigating judge Jean Michel Lambert, who was in charge of the murder of young Grégory Villemin, published "Le Petit Juge," a book in which he discussed his own career and the profession of judge. He answered questions from Bernard Pivot, very clumsily attempted to justify the exploitation of his notoriety, and discussed the Villemin affair. Bernard Pivot invited his other guests to participate, who were skeptical and hostile: Philippe Labro, barely containing his contempt, criticized him for writing the book. Dominique Bona explained that the book pities the judge and not the victim. Maurice Denuziere nevertheless defended Lambert, explaining that the French justice system was "a little guilty" of allowing someone who lacked the necessary skills and experience to judge such a difficult case.
