Macielle loves everything about food culture and explores it through South Florida’s eclectic food scene. A self-proclaimed chef and bartender of over 5 years, she enters these eateries to highlight the vibrant melting pot culture of its proud people. Macielle visits the Fontainebleau's luxurious Water World, an underground stack of aquariums housing fresh marine life to feed the nine restaurants on the hotel property.
