This was Zeus, the supreme god of Olympus and the great creator of the entire world. He gazed down upon the earth with wide-open eyes, never taking his gaze away for a moment, never overlooking even the smallest change, always keeping a watchful eye on the mortal realm. And Zeus's eyes did not miss the gradual signs of change beginning to appear in the peaceful paradise… Besides life itself, humans were bestowed with many things by the gods, such as 'love,' 'dreams,' 'hope,' and 'courage.'
