He then completed a Master's degree in Real Estate Development, Urban Transformation, and Planning at Commerce University's Institute of Science with a thesis titled "Disruptions in the Real Estate Sector in Turkey and Solution Proposals." Özelmacıklı is currently pursuing a PhD in Marketing Management. Mustafa Hakan Özelmacıklı has been in the real estate sector for nearly 20 years and serves as a member of the Board of Directors of Altın Emlak. Altın Emlak, founded in 1998 by his father, Nuri Özelmacıklı, currently operates in 25 provinces with over 100 representative offices. Özelmacıklı has taught numerous courses in the real estate and property management departments of universities, particularly at private educational institutions affiliated with the Ministry of National Education. He has also pioneered numerous initiatives in the sector. He has participated in and contributed to numerous workshops, meetings, and seminars, particularly on the framework of the Regulation on Real Estate Trade.
