Example, the real facts in Vastu means you should take second opinion, second opinion of another Vastu Shastra consultant. Lot many people, they will not take second opinion. They will be with the same person more than 20 or 30 years with a single Vastu Shastra consultant. That person would have confused them. So, if you take a second opinion, you will come to know which is correct or wrong by other Vastu Shastra consultant. So, in these real facts I have told that you need to take a second opinion, that is compulsory. Because like if you go to a doctor, we take second opinion. Same ways, in Vastu Shastra also you need to take second opinion, important. You need to change by seeing this video, this more than one hour five minutes, where I have spoken about Vastu real facts. Another thing, like other Vastu Shastra consultant would have confused them in the measurement of Aya. Aya measurements are in inches. That will confuse them. And you will tell you need to consider by Rashi Nakshatra, you should take for the home. See, each and every person will have different Rashis. You cannot have mind for different. And measurements of Aya is wrong. So, the real facts is, when you are buying a site, if you are buying 40-60, 40 should be north-south, 60 should be east-west. That is pakka site. Like these sites there is no need for Aya measurement and all. When you are buying a ulta site, a negative site, like 60-40, north-south is 60, east-west is 40, that is a negative. In that site, like that site you will go for a calculation, you cannot construct a house perfectly. There you will go for Aya calculation. That will confuse you. Like this, that other Vastu Shastra consultant would have confused you. So, taking second opinion like me, after seeing this video, with me, after seeing this video, that will make you lot of confusions clear. There are lot of points, like measurement of sites, where to put borewell. Borewell in your site, if you put in northeast corner, you will get water. People don't do that. They will go to a borewell checking person. They will give him 4 to 5 thousand. They will waste money. There is no need of going to borewell checking person and all. In your site, it is registered in your name, God will have given water in northeast corner. Put a borewell in northeast corner. And survey, you do survey, the people also put borewell in northeast corner. 99% people have got water. Okay. Only in few cases, they would have not got water because they would have not got below thousand feet. In few cases. 99% they would have got water. Okay. These are the real facts I have discussed in this video, more than one hour five minutes. And lot many points are there, another points I have spoken in this video. Where you should put pit, where should keep sump, where you should not put borewell in southwest corner you should not put borewell. If you put borewell, what will happen. These all the points are discussed in this video, you can go through. And this is a very interesting episode. The real facts are the facts which are made mistake by normally in today's world, in today's homes, people, because they only believe one Vastu Shastra consultant. That is very much wrong. And the site measurements and plan. When doing plan, you should consider Vastu Shastra with the vastu. Then you should go with the architect for plan.
