心の強さと、思いやりと伝統を学ぶ　櫻心館道場 田宮流居合術、杖術を共に学ぶ仲間を募集しています。 櫻心館道場では　道着・袴の着付けや　所作　歩き方　体幹作りらストレッチまで きめ細かい基礎が学べるのが特徴です。 また　コミュニケーションや心の有り様を大切にしており　お煎茶を共に楽しみながら休憩する時間も大事にしています。 ※英語が話せる門下生がいますので　英語での指導もできます。 居合道は日本刀の操法を通した、剣の理法の修錬による人間形成を目的としています。 起源は室町時代の永禄年間（約450年前）とされ、抜刀の一瞬に勝敗を決する武術として、生死をかけた修業が行われていました。 静中動あり、現在日本刀を直接使用する居合道は、一つの心の乱れも許されない数少ない武道であり、心身鍛錬の道として剣道と表裏一体の関係にあります。 Learn inner strength, compassion and tradition at Sakurashinkan Dojo We are looking for people to study Tamiya-ryu Iaijutsu and Jōjutsu together. At Sakurashinkan Dojo, we learn the basics in detail, from how to put on a uniform and hakama, to how to walk, how to build core strength, and even stretching. We also value communication and the state of mind, and we value taking time to rest and enjoy green tea together. 🔴We have students who can speak English, so we can also provide instruction in English. Iaijutsu aims to develop people by training in the principles of the sword through the use of Japanese swords. Its origins are said to date back to the Eiroku era of the Muromachi period (about 450 years ago), when training was a life-or-death martial art in which victory or defeat was decided in the instant of drawing the sword.
