Simple (Blueberry) Pancakes [No Box]

Simple Pancakes • 1 cup all-purpose flour • 2 tablespoons white sugar (optional) • 2 teaspoons baking powder • ½ teaspoon salt, or to taste • 1 cup milk • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil (I used avocado oil) • 1 large egg, beaten Mix dry ingredients then add the wet ingredients. Add more milk if you like thinner pancakes. Mix batter until no clumps. Add some batter to hot skillet with bit of butter. Wait until bubbly or edges look golden brown and flip. Enjoy alone or with eggs and a protein like turkey bacon. Thanks for watching!
