WHAT'S IN THIS VIDEO: Day 1 starts with a traditional ensaimada breakfast at Ca'n Joan de S'Aigo — one of the oldest cafés in Spain, open since 1700. From there, a morning visit to the Mercat de l'Olivar, Palma's main covered food market, to browse local produce, sobrasada and the ground-floor fish market. By 11am, the bus takes you out to Palma Aquarium — one of the best aquariums in Spain, with Europe's deepest shark tank, eight themed zones, a splash park, jellyfish room, and two children's play areas. After an afternoon rest, Day 1 ends with a walk through the Old Town's hidden courtyards and lanes, a seafront stroll along the Passeig Marítim past the gelato kiosks, and dinner in the Old Town or Santa Catalina neighbourhood. Day 2 is built around a half-day catamaran cruise on the Bay of Palma — swim and snorkel stops in sheltered coves, BBQ lunch on board, and soft drinks included. After a rest, the afternoon brings an ice cream stop in Santa Catalina followed by free time at Parc de Sa Feixina, one of Palma's best city playgrounds.
