Dove Lake Cradle Mountain Hike

The ranger told me it was -10 overnight at the lake, at just before 10am was still -4 celcius at the lake. This was the hardest walk we done yet, wife had two falls but kept going. The weather was perfect, no wind and temperature only rose to 4 degrees by 1pm when we finished walk. The walk has one hill that does take a bit out of you. The views on this walk are fantastic. According to Map My Walk we went from 938 metres above sea level to 999 Metres above sea level over the 3 hours it took to walk, this video is only a 30 minute snippet of the whole 3 hours and 14 minute walk. #Cradle Mountain #dove lake #overland track #tasmania #hiking #bushwalking
