His small stall near the 26 Number Railway Gate has become a favorite breakfast destination for local residents who appreciate both his food and his simplicity. Every day starts before dawn as Swapnada begins preparing ingredients from around 4 AM. Despite rising food costs everywhere, he continues to sell his popular parotas at only ₹7 each. While many similar stalls have increased their prices significantly, Swapnada believes in keeping his food affordable for everyone. His daily menu changes regularly, offering customers a different curry experience on different days. On this visit, the parotas were served with a delicious ghugni-style curry prepared with potatoes and green peas. Customers can enjoy three parotas for just ₹21 along with unlimited servings of this flavorful side dish. The stall also offers several other breakfast favorites, including egg curry, boiled eggs, and egg poach. For those with a bigger appetite, a special large-sized parota is available for ₹14. Every morning, Swapnada sells around five to six kilograms of flour worth of parotas, attracting a steady stream of customers. The shop remains open from 7:00 AM until 12:00 noon and stays busy throughout the morning. His dedication, honesty, and hard work have earned him the respect of the local community.
