In the first part of the video, we put on our surgical scrubs: we completely disassemble the original motor to see if it can be salvaged or rewound. But as you'll see, it's quite burnt, and the damage is irreversible. Given this, we opted for the most efficient and economical solution: finding a compatible replacement motor on AliExpress. I'll show you step-by-step how to make the replacement, the soldering, and the final assembly to bring the tool back to life for very little money.
