Stories of Clementi: Webisode 1- History & Development.

Webisode 1: This Webisode talks about the "routes" and "roots" that Clementi has taken over the years. Learn about the transformation that this City within a City had undergone to become the modern estate today. Clementi's History in a nutshell !! ‘Stories of Clementi’ is a new media pilot project that Clementi Constituency has introduced as part of SG50 projects. Having the theme of SG50 and celebrating the Nation’s remarkable 50th year of independence, the project’s focus is on Clementi as a Estate and how it has crossed milestones over these 50 years. The main focus of this project is to forge resident centric bonds within the community in Clementi. The project aim to bring back memories for the older generation and open up new boundaries for the younger generation. Through this project, it is hoped to foster some community spirit and as education our fellow ‘Clementi-ians’. This is a another community project brought to you by Clementi Citizens' Consultative Committee, Clementi CC and Clementi Grassroots Organizations. Catch the series on your online screens this 7th August 2015 onwards !! The 4-parter series will bring us back in time, sharing memories and also talking about heart warming stories of Clementi.
