Se Parli del Sargazo in Riviera Maya... Ti Attaccano!

In this video, I return to the topic of sargazo in the Riviera Maya and something that, in my opinion, deserves serious reflection: what happens when you try to talk openly about a real problem that can impact tourists' travel experiences. In my previous video, I didn't name names, I didn't name specific agencies, I didn't directly identify people or businesses. I simply commented on a practice I consider unfair: downplaying or omitting the sargazo problem when selling trips, packages, or tours to people who are perhaps spending a lot of money on a vacation they've been dreaming of for months. The response, however, wasn't a substantive discussion. Instead of providing concrete arguments, data, explanations, or denials, I received personal insults, public insults, and denigrating comments under the video. I was hurled at people with terms like "idiot," "little story," and phrases like "go dig the ocean." Comments that, besides being vulgar and inappropriate, could also be considered damaging to my reputation, especially since they were published in a public space visible to all. This video isn't intended to play the victim, but to explain a simple thing: if someone disagrees with what I say, they can respond with facts, evidence, and arguments. But when it comes to personal attacks, insults, and public delegitimization, then that's a different story. Talking about sargazo doesn't mean attacking Mexico, nor the Riviera Maya, nor those who work honestly in tourism. It means informing those planning a trip and who have the right to know about the potential problems they might encounter there. I will continue to talk about Mexico, tourism, the Riviera Maya, the Yucatán, and sargazo in my own style: direct, critical, and without beating around the bush. Those who have arguments, respond with arguments. Those who only offer insults, on the other hand, are speaking for themselves.
