Russell Crowe talks exorcisms & filming in Ireland for The Pope's Exorcist

The Pope’s Exorcist is inspired by the true story of Father Gabriele Amorth, a Catholic priest chosen by the Pope to be his leading exorcist. Over his lengthy career, he carried out a staggering 100,000 exorcisms. Russell Crowe steps into Amorth’s robes as the exorcist faces his biggest challenge: a Spanish demon hell bent on causing havoc. The film was primarily filmed in locations across Ireland.
