Welcome to this chair yoga workout that focuses on balance, posture and exercises for fall prevention. The first half of the workout is performed in a seated position and the second half is in a standing position using a chair for support. All exercises focus on improving mobility and stability and are osteoporosis friendly (no movements that require rounding the back or twisting the spine). Go at your own pace throughout the video and just do what you can. With time and practice your balance will improve. It’s so important to work our stabilizing muscles that support our bodies such as our hips and glutes.
