Flat feet mean that the heel slips out of its midline. And that's precisely where things get interesting, because your heel is the steering wheel of your entire foot. If the steering wheel is crooked, the rest follows. Most people then get prescribed orthotics. And that's it. But it would be so much more beneficial to learn how to straighten yourself again using your own strength. That's exactly what I'll show you in this video. ➔ In this video you'll learn: • What a pronated foot actually is and why it can turn inwards or outwards • What happens when the heel tilts (spoiler alert: it's much more than just a foot problem) • The "heel pendulum" exercise to help you find your center again • Which three points of your foot really need contact with the ground: the heel, the outside of the foot, and the base of the big toe • The next step in single-leg stance with the energy vortex that stretches you between the ground and the sky • How to make it even more effective with an unstable surface Take your time.
