Zahnmedizin studieren - Studentin der RWTH erklärt wichtige Inhalte.

Anne (21) is (soon) in her fourth semester of studying dentistry and explains in this video to our presenter Patricia (16) why she's studying dentistry and whether it's really as demanding as people always say. The NC doesn't say anything about the difficulty of the course, but simply reflects the high demand for the program. They talk about previous experience, university life, the NC, the medical examination (Physikum), length of study, perseverance, internships, and goals. We hope you can take something from this for your own personal decision. #persevere #BecomeADentist Just follow! In addition, there is one semester in which you take your state examination. ▬▬ The Vorphysikum ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ This is an oral preliminary examination that tests the material from physics, biology, and chemistry. ▬▬ The Physikum ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ You take it after the fifth semester. This is your second state examination. In it, you will take oral exams in all subjects studied in the last three semesters and a practical week in which you will demonstrate your technical skills. ▬▬ Clinical and State Examination ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ At the end of the "clinical" period, you will take the state examination. This examination lasts several months and includes practical weeks and numerous oral exams. Once you have overcome this hurdle, you can obtain a license to practice dentistry, which qualifies you to work as a dentist. If you're pursuing a doctorate, you should start your dissertation while you're still studying. After completing your doctorate, you can call yourself Dr. med. dent. (medicinae dentariae). ▬▬ Where can you work later? ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ Clinics, nursing homes, the military, the pharmaceutical industry, medical technology, dentistry (practice, hospital, health authorities), medical examiner for health/pension insurance companies, company dentist, medical officer, work with professional associations or journals, academia (teaching/research at universities, research institutions, etc.) ➤➤➤ Would you like to become part of our team, implement creative projects, and gain insights into exciting fields you never knew existed?
