Heat will struggle to penetrate thick barriers like boards, overheating the space above the ceiling for too long. The ideal option: a stretch ceiling (PVC or fabric). Why it works: The heaters cover approximately 60% of the area. The beams hit the fabric, heating it to 40°C, and the stretch ceiling itself turns into one large heating panel, heating not just 60% of the ceiling, but the entire area evenly. A new take on Henry Ford's principle: You can choose any decorative finish, as long as it's a white matte stretch ceiling. This is the most affordable finish. It requires no maintenance (painting, filling, or further upkeep) and is also the most efficient at transferring heat. Debunking Myths: Odor, Sagging, and "Naturalness" Odor: If the material is high-quality, it won't smell initially, except perhaps when you take it out of the packaging. Heating it to 50°C certainly won't cause it to stink years later.
