Here is a quick, fun tutorial on how to use your fabric scraps (even old t-shirts and towels) to make reusable makeup remover pads. These are SUPER easy and quick to make, and a great scrap buster for those tiny fabric scraps left over after a project. And I know a lot of people don't have a serger or overlocker so this is a method that doesn't require one.
