Dried sweet potatoes "hoshi-imo" have been one of the favorite winter snacks in Japan. You don't need other ingredients, but sweet potatoes! We use an electric pressure cooker in this video, but it is not a must. It's super easy and tasty, so cook with us! We used Japanese sweet potatoes called "satsuma-imo."
