SOMUNCU BABA KÜLLİYESİ VE DARENDE'NİN TARİHİ YAPILARI

In this video, I visited one of the most beautiful religious complexes in Anatolia. You absolutely must see this complex, which houses the tomb of Hamid Veli, known popularly as Somuncu Baba. This saint, whose story dates back to the Ottoman era, is known as Somuncu Baba because he baked bread in an oven during the construction of the Grand Mosque in Bursa and fed it to the workers. Since he died in Darende district of Malatya, his tomb and complex are located here. I showed you this place step by step; it also houses a beautifully designed museum. In the complex's garden, what struck me most was the courtyard they designed, reminiscent of the Masjid al-Nabawi in Medina, where the Prophet Muhammad's tomb is located. The reason for this feeling is the perfectly straight white marble line. I also added elements like the mosque in Darende, a lone minaret, and the Günpınar waterfall to my journey and completed the video.
