Her qualifications include a Class 1 Civil Engineering Construction Management Engineer and a Dam Management Engineer, among others. Ura-san (Yuko Kawamura) Born in 1994, from Hiroshima Prefecture, currently residing in Tokyo. After graduating from university, she worked as a construction manager for custom-built detached houses. Later, she worked in corporate sales for electrical work, constructing buildings and mega solar power plants. With the sole desire to "change the construction industry," during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic, she moved to Tokyo with just a suitcase and herself to start her own business. She develops businesses that connect the construction industry with young people.
