Intentional vs Reactive Living | The important pause to take before you act on how you feel.

Romans 12:2 “Don’t copy the behavior and customs of this world, but let God transform you into a new person by changing the way you think. Then you will learn to know God’s will for you, which is good and pleasing and perfect.” ‭‭ ‭NLT‬‬ This is the verse that informs us of how intentional living is about renewing our minds which differs from how most of us live reactively. By reactively I mean living in a way that promotes acting out before processing your emotions, and speaking before we think and hurting the people around us not because it’s what we want to do but because it’s what the feelings we are faced with in a moment are leading us to do.
