Dr. Rak reversed his own obesity, high blood pressure, and prediabetes and lost more than 75 pounds eating plants. His experience inspired him to change his career to one that focuses on helping others take control of their health through his virtual practice RAK Your Life. He runs Mindful Meals, a monthly live cooking experience that starts with a guided meditation, then moves into cooking a themed plant-based meal together, learning the nutrition behind the ingredients, and sharing a few terrible dad jokes along the way.
