Furnace/AC Blower Motor Replacement Step By Step

Furnace/AC blower motor replacement or how to replace your furnace blower motor. We smelled a burnt plastic smell in the house and my wife mentioned that the temp had gone down by 5 degrees. I could already guess before I looked that the blower motor was fried. We have an American Standard (Trane) furnace with a 1/3 HP, 1075 RPM blower motor. Every furnace is a little different but most of it is the same. Thought I might as well film the replacement just in case there are those out there who want to do it themselves. I do work as a HVAC technician so this is not the first time I am doing this. Don't take my example and tips as law. There are many different scenarios that could potentially transpire.
