Alhamdulillah, I finally got a Morocco 🇲🇦 sticker visa from Dhaka. How, how long did it take...? Let's find out.... ✍️ I have mentioned all the documents that I submitted below. You don't have to submit them exactly, you submit what is required according to your profile. Their checklist is quite common, much like Thailand or Malaysia visas. I have shared what I submitted according to my job profile. ✅ ✅ Visa form + Passport photo (35×45mm, white background - matte paper) ✅ National Identity Card and Birth Certificate (Notarized) ✅ Bank Statement + Solvency Certificate (9.5 lakhs) ✅ Office NOC, Salary Certificate and last 6 months pay slip ✅ Office ID + Visiting Card ✅ Previous Visa Copy (E-visa + Sticker) ✅ TIN and Tax Return (last 3 years) ✅ Travel History (19 countries) ✅ Flight and Hotel Booking ✅ Cover Letter and Travel Itinerary ✅ Additional Documents: Marriage Certificate, Family Certificate, Membership Certificate of Various Organizations and Clubs (Notarized) 🕒 Processing Time After Submitting Passport 21 working days. But Average Time Takes 1 Month. (It took me about 2 months for 42 working days) 💳 Visa fee BDT 8,700 (only for visa, cash) (Since I am outside Dhaka, I spent 25,000/- taka in total) 📍 Visa submission rules • No appointment required • Submission can be done except on Friday/Saturday and public holidays • There is no slip or tracking system once submitted • Usually takes more than 1 month • Visa issue date is calculated from flight booking date • Even though the visa is for 3 months, it gives a stay permit of 10/15/30 days (according to the itinerary) I was given a 15-day visa, because I submitted a 10-day travel plan. 🏛️ Embassy location Baridhara Road No. 9, next to Myanmar Embassy. ⚠️ There is no bKash/ATM nearby → Visa fee has to be paid in cash. Deposit is from 10 am to 12 pm, and delivery is after 12 pm. ✈️ Dhaka to Morocco Flights Usually, 1-stop flights are available on the Casablanca route. Local food, hotels and transport are available at relatively low costs 💵. Currency: Moroccan Dirham (MAD) ✈️ Main travel destinations • Marrakech: Colorful markets, Jella Fna Square 🏙️ • Chefchaouen (Blue City) 💙 • Fez: Medieval architecture 🏰 • Rabat: Capital, seaside 🌊 • Meknes: Historic gates and palaces • Sahara Desert: Camping, camel trekking 🐪 • Agadir, Essaouira: Beaches 🏖️ Travel costs 💰 For budget travelers (tour for 2 people), about 25 to 30 euros per day per person is enough. ➡️ Estimated budget for two people for 7 days: Flight: about 1.15–1.20 lakh taka. Hotel, food and transport and entry fees are about 50 to 60 thousand taka in budget mode. In total, the cost of a one-week trip to Morocco for two people on a budget trip is about 2 lakh taka per person. Those who have a fairly good travel history can apply. It is better not to apply for a visit visa without traveling to the Gulf + Egypt.
