Your higher consciousness is your natural state of mind - it is your mind that exists beyond all conditioning and thoughts. It is naturally expansive and from this we experience the four sublime states of loving-kindness, compassion, joy and equanimity. Higher consciousness is not an altered-state of mind. We access this state of mind continually, but to our ego mind it is just not dramatic enough to catch our attention. This hypnotherapy session is designed to guide you to a deep state of relaxation and inner peace from where you can access your higher consciousness. This is your true nature, and from this you find deep resources of energy, creativity and synchronicity. The music in this video contains binaural beats which will help you achieve a deep state of hypnosis.
