Midfielder Samantha Mewis and forward Stephanie McCaffrey are just two young players from Boston trying to stick on the incredibly competitive U.S. Women’s National Team. Coming into the 2016 January Camp, they figured they needed every edge they could get, and what better way to find success than to mimic the work habits of Women’s World Cup Golden Ball Winner, U.S. Soccer Female Athlete of the Year and FIFA Women’s World Player of the Year Carli Lloyd.
