This is the story of a young girl, his father (a mechanic with health problems), his father mechanic assistant and a wanderer. One day this girl gets in trouble with the car racing mafia people and a wanderer saves her... this wanderer happens to be an excellent mechanic! just the answer to their problems... or the beginning of them? Speed Master revolves around the life of this family, their struggle with their business, the car racing mafia and the problems that this group bring.
