Due to the untimely injury suffered by Daniel Bryan, the WWE World Heavyweight Championship was vacated before Money in the Bank 2014. With a new champion needing to be crowned, acting COO Triple H and Stephanie McMahon announced a ladder match to determine the new face of WWE. The contest would feature rising stars such as Bray Wyatt, Cesaro and Roman Reigns, while veterans like John Cena and Randy Orton looked to add another championship reign to their list of accolades. At WWE Money in the Bank 2014, we were guaranteed to have a new world champion. The only question was; who was it going to be? Unfortunately, WWE 2K16 didn't have Alberto Del Rio or the current version of Kane masked. Since the game only allows six superstars to be included in a match anyway, I decided to exclude them from the match.
