110th State Congress Live Stream

State Congress is the Annual General Meeting of RSL WA, where Sub-Branch delegates, observers, guests, and the RSL WA Board and Trustees come together to present awards, conduct elections, vote on motions, and discuss matters relevant to our mission — enabling WA veterans and their families to thrive in the community. Each of the 113 RSL Sub-Branches in Western Australia is entitled to bring one delegate per 75 members, with a maximum of six delegates per Sub-Branch. Representatives from 25% of Sub-Branches constitute a quorum at an AGM, and delegates may exercise full voting rights on behalf of their Sub-Branch. During State Congress, RSL WA releases the Annual Report and audited Annual Financial Report for 2025 (the previous year) — two key documents that highlight how RSL WA has been delivering on its mission. These reports provide transparency and insight into the workings of RSL WA.
