Direzione. Le mappe dicono dove sei ma non chi vuoi diventare | Stefania Pontiggia | TEDxLecco Youth

Stefania is an Urban Planning student at the Polytechnic University of Milan, but she's also a multifaceted person: between study, work, theater, photography, and cooking, her daily life is a balance between order and creativity. She calls herself an "organized creative" because she manages to combine many different passions that coexist throughout her journey. Until a few years ago, she was much more introverted and wore a sort of social "armor." Over time, she chose to change, to challenge herself, and to understand whether this transformation was real in the eyes of others. The responses she received revealed a more eclectic, determined, and curious version of herself than she thought. Today, Stefania recognizes that there isn't a single right path: she has chosen not to follow a linear path, but to embrace her own complexity. The future, for her, isn't a straight line but a space of possibility. And the most important choice was to stop hiding and simply become herself. An urban planning student in training, creative by passion and an organizer by necessity. Stefania is one of those people who love making everything work out, but never at the expense of a laugh or time spent with others. Her energy is split between the focus of a camera lens, the colors of theatrical makeup, the challenge of design, and the aromas of cooking. Far from the idea of a student closed off in books alone, she chose to dive into real-world projects, discovering that the most meaningful achievements come when you follow what you are truly passionate about. Today, she brings her story to TEDx: that of someone who learned that you don't need to choose just one path to be concrete and effective—what matters is putting your mind to it and, above all, your heart. This talk was given at a TEDx event using the TED conference format but independently organized by a local community. Learn more at https://www.ted.com/tedx
