RSRS Part 1: Off to a good start

I am very glad that you are here. This is the first video of my current main art project: „Random Songs Random Story - The first novel ever written by fate“. I want to write a novel but don’t want to think too much about the entire thing. So I came up with a plan. I have two music playlists. One for scenarios and one for characters. In each new video about RSRS I will use a Random Number Generator to pick a scenario and, if necessary, also pick a song for a (or several) new character(s). Those songs will then create a certain base of what is going to happen next, since my writing will be oriented towards how each song feels. For every song, I will create a storyboard, a small square painting and a text. I will also document the entire process through these videos. By utilizing different mediums, I hope I won’t get bored of the project and can make RSRS enjoyable for people like me, who don’t enjoy reading too much. The novel will be free to read and published online. I am writing in German (my native language) at first but will also translate into English when everything else is done. I am excited to see what the project will evolve into.
