The Best Science-Fiction Movie of Each Year After 1970 (Based on IMDB)

According to IMDB, the best sci-fi movie of each year: Criterias: 1. Genre is chosen as "Sci-Fi". This does not mean the movie has completely sci-fi elements as it may have comedy or dram elements mainly. A movie may have sci-fi elements in specific part of the movie and it can be considered as in sci-fi genre. 2. Based on number of votes, the intervals and the movies in there are determined. With the most crowded interval, the movie which rated best and got above 7 is chosen. Otherwise the below interval is chosen and same progress is applied. If no film is found above with 100 voters and rated above 7, movies rated between 6-7 would be also considered. If two movie has the same interval and same rating, the movie which has more number of votes has been chosen.
