In this video, we'll show you what needs to be done to adapt new-generation filters to older transmissions. This method is suitable for 11x, 16x, and 17x transmissions. Note: For Mitsubishi with a JF016E CVT, the replacement procedure involves using a filter with a felt membrane, part number 2824A018. It has a shortened intake, unlike the Nissan one.
