Steps to take: 1. If there is broken skin use Vaseline or Aquaphor until the skin heals (1-2 weeks). Use small amount after each hand wash. Massage it into the fingertips. 2. Once the skin heals but it's still hard and stretched use Kerasal ointment once a day at night.
