Cobot Welding with CMT Cycle Step
The pairing of the WeCobot welding system with a Fronius CMT welding machine achieves incredible, TIG-like results from a MIG system. In this video we are using 1.2mm solid 316L stainless steel wire to weld 1.6mm thick stainless steel tube to 2.5mm stainless steel plate. We have also used the same system to successfully fuse 0.3mm thick stainless steel shim to 1.2mm thick stainless steel material.
