CA DMV Behind the wheel Aug 2016

This was taken using dash cam. The entire BTW test took about 20mins more or less. Some parts of this video was cut (long wait at the stop) to fast forward a bit. Just an amateur here hoping that this video may help those who are still learning/wants to learn how to drive. Always read your manuals and PRACTICE PRACTICE PRACTICE driving before taking exam to get comfortable driving (on my case I only had two weeks to exactly prepare for it due to permit that was about to expire ^^) ***The date stamped on the video is incorrect as I have not figured out how to change dates on the dash cam back then but this test drive really took place in August of 2016. ***Update: 01/16/2018 I have been driving for more than a year now and I must say, its a heck of whole mess out there driving especially driving peak hours. Here are some important notes I wanted to share(hope someone did come to this part reading- for some reason I dont know how to edit my video yet to add notes, ill figure out soon.) 1. Making a lane change, please always, always look to the side of your blind spot you are changing lanes to. Putting on blinker doesnt entitle you to get your way or if others would give way. DO NOT ASSUME. 2. So often I meet drivers who wants to make right turns, please SLOWLY MERGE INTO THE BICYCLE LANE WHEN SAFE (about 200 feet approx before turning). STAY AS CLOSE TO THE CURB, so as not to block the whole traffic behind you who are going straight. BE a DEFENSIVE DRIVER and prevent getting rear-ended. 3. With new stricter laws in CA. Please DO NOT BE A DISTRACTED DRIVER. And, yes PUT THOSE CELLPHONE DOWN. Even touching your phone while driving and you get lucky a Cop sees you, then just prepared to stop for a ticket! so far, these are all it for now. Good luck driving!
