No one cares... or so it seems. Many, many reasons contribute to me feeling sad, but this is one that I can and want to share with you. I'm okay! I'm human, though, and sometimes I feel sad. So, here's a lil' peek into my mind when I feel that way. I hope this video is somehow validating, a source of connection in case you feel alone in feelings similar to this, and an opportunity to learn about a new way of understanding our feelings. We all feel the same things, just not at the same time. Your care for me, for yourself, and your dedication to resilience is so wonder-full.
