13-Year-Old Boy Kills 8 at School in Serbia: Cops

A school shooting in Serbia has left eight students and a security guard dead. The suspect is a 13-year-old student. Authorities in Belgrade say the seventh-grader planned the attack for months. They say he used his father’s licensed handguns to go on a shooting spree at the primary school. Police say the boy had a list of people to kill as well as classrooms in the building to target.
