Malpractice by the public prosecutor's office is common. In this hearing regarding alleged omissions by the public prosecutor, the prosecutor decided the day before to acknowledge these omissions with the intention of rendering the hearing meaningless. In accordance with the principles of efficiency, concentration, and procedural expediency, our representation requested the opportunity to challenge this new determination from the presiding judge. The judge, with proven experience and knowledge, granted the request, and the inconsistencies and lack of rationality in the determination were highlighted. The judge noted the unjustified delay and procedural obstruction by the public prosecutor's office and ruled in favor of our representation.
