GOD'S WORD IS FOR ALL | The Word Exposed with Cardinal Tagle (July 12, 2026) with Sign Language We are on the Fifteenth Sunday in Ordinary Time. The gospel is the first among Jesus’s parables on the Kingdom of God from the thirteenth chapter of the gospel according to Saint Matthew. Today, Jesus likens the Kingdom of God to a man who went out to sow seeds. Some seeds fell on the path, which were eaten by birds. Some fell on rocky ground, which grew but also withered because of the heat. Still others fell among thorns, which choked the sprouts. Then, the seeds that fell on rich soil grew to fruition “a hundred or sixty or thirtyfold.” In this parable, God offers His word to different soils or to different dispositions we may have when hearing the Word of God. God’ word is for all. Let us pray for the grace to become rich soil, that we might receive the Kingdom of God and bear much fruit.
