The 54-year-old actress is known for her stellar physique but recently opened up to InStyle about how pushing herself too hard during workouts ended up taking its toll. "When you're in a mindset of, 'I need to do 45 minutes of cardio or I won't get a good workout,' it's daunting. I believed it for so long. I just burnt out and broke my body. My physical therapist gave me a Barbie doll that's covered in Kinesio tape. It's a silly mental image until you realize the purpose of all that tape is to show every injury I've had in the last 15 years," she told the outlet. The "We're the Millers" star has been embracing new chapters beyond fitness in her self-care routine lately. While taking to Instagram over the weekend to launch her haircare line's newest product, Jennifer gave fans a peek at a small sliver of silver roots.
