The latest construction update from ✨ Grand Solaire Noble ✨ — a 50-storey luxury residential skyscraper rising in the heart of Pattaya, located on prestigious Third Road. While progress may not be immediately visible from above, the foundation phase is well underway. Over 500 concrete piles have already been driven 40 metres deep into the ground, with piling rigs still actively working on site. In parallel, a major excavation operation is in progress — a total of 40,000 cubic metres of soil will be removed to prepare the foundations for water storage tanks, technical infrastructure, and the elevator shafts that will form the structural core of this iconic tower.
